How many years is the warranty on a QiO e-bike?

QiO grants a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. This is valid from the date of purchase for a period of:

5 years for steel / aluminum frames and unsprung steel / aluminum forks,
3 years for carbon frames and unsprung carbon forks
