The maximum total mass of all QiO Compact and EINS models from model year 2024 onwards is 180 kg, which means that the bike can weigh up to 180 kg including its own weight, rider weight and luggage. The maximum rider weight is 150 kg for the Compact models with + in the name and up to 120 kg for the other models.
The QiO Longs have a permissible total weight of 200 kg, the rider weight may reach 120 kg, the rear carrier may be loaded up to 80 kg, on the carrier it depends on the model and can be read on the carrier itself (7-20 kg).

With the QiO Compacts, we are at 29-30 kg, depending on the equipment.
The weight is mainly due to the gravity casting process used for the frame. The complex and rigid frame shape has the advantage of a higher load capacity and a safer ride, which is why every QiO is particularly suitable for transporting children.

True to our motto "One Bike Fits All", people from 1.60 m to 1.90 m tall can definitely ride it. However, if you are outside this range, it may still work. It's best to go to your local dealer and take a test drive. For small people it may be necessary to use a rigid seat post, as the suspension seat post requires extra height.

The MIK system is a fastening system for bike racks that makes it possible to connect various accessories such as baskets or bags to the rack quickly and securely - with just one click. "HD" stands for Heavy Duty (total load up to 27 kg) and allows the installation of a MIK-HD child seat.
Accessories
The following applies to the QiO EINS models: BEN and LUK allow a maximum load weight of 15 kg. The KlickFix adapter on the carrier can carry a load of up to 7 kg.
This is compatible with the QiO Compact and Long models. The possible payload varies from 7-20 kg, depending on the carrier.
The following applies to the QiO EINS: Our BEN front carrier has a height-adjustable Klickfix adapter, while the LUK front carrier has an integrated MIK system in addition to the Klickfix adapter. These carriers and wheels are not compatible with the HTM system.

The Klickfix system is a quick attachment system for bicycle accessories, where various baskets or bags can be attached to the adapter mounted on the QiO front carrier with just one move and is also height-adjustable. Thanks to a key, they are theft-proof. By just pressing a button, the accessories can be quickly removed again.
The hook-on system allows bags to be easily hooked onto and removed from the side of the rear luggage carrier. During the ride, the bags stay securely and firmly in place.
Yes, child seats with the MIK system can be mounted on the rack without any problems.

Yes. Our BOB trailer coupling is designed for the Qio EINS and is compatible with all trailers with a WEBER drawbar connection. The trailer coupling was specially developed for our QiO to ensure that the trailer is always in a horizontal position, even at 20". The maximum trailer load is up to 60 kg.
The QiO Compact and Long models also have their own adapters for attaching a trailer.
